Delaware Valley Marathi Mitra Mandal (DVMMM), a non-profit organization, was founded on August 10, 2002. The primary objective of this organization is to add to the richness and cultural diversity of the region by fostering the rich cultural heritage of Maharashtra.

The Mandal strives to bring together Marathi speaking people residing in the Delaware Valley region (Northern Delaware, South Eastern Pennsylvannia, Eastern Maryland, and Southern New Jersey) to collectively celebrate Sankrant, Holi, Gudi Padwa, Ganeshotsav and Diwali, in addition to group activities like picnics, movie nights, and community service.
