Pradeep had classical training in the institute of Pt. Vasantrao Kulkarni. He was trained in light-music by famous music director and lyricist Mr. Yashwant Deo. Pradeep trained in Choir Music from Mr. Kanu Ghosh, who was the conductor of All India Radio choir group.   While in India, Pradeep participated in several commercial recordings and gave numerous performances on radio and television. He has also given many concerts in India and here in the United States and received various awards for great musical performance. Pradeep also has a keen interest in ‘Music Composition’ and in 1994, he released a ‘Marathi’ cassette of his compositions titled ‘Apoorva Geetay’.
